I am the CEO of Idaho Sewing for Sports, Inc. and CTO of Yaktivate. These two companies are examples of the shift you are seeing in the world today. The economic situations that we are in today is a direct result of a loss of focus on what is important in life.

That is what we are here for. That is why we exist. That is why we all have individual talents, skills, points of view, beliefs, etc.. We are to use those to make the lives of those around us go that much smoother.

Could it be that easy? Well I say yes. This has worked for me and both of the businesses that I work for. I can track back, overtime, the way the businesses that I work for perform is a direct result of how focused we are on our employees.
